Daniel Shakhani

Daniel Shakhani is the Co-founder of Salary Finance, a leading employee financial wellness platform in the UK, and Vice President of FinFit, an equivalent platform in the US. Salary Finance and FinFit have grown from an idea to scale platforms which now support the financial wellness of a community of 15M employees across the UK and US, offering a suite of salary deducted financial employee benefits. Salary Finance has raised over £100M in equity (from Legal & General, Experian, Goldman Sachs and Blenheim Chalcot) and has funded over £1Bn in employee loans (with debt funding from JP Morgan and Virgin Money). Salary Finance was ranked the UK’s 19th fastest growing tech company (Deloitte Fast 50) and Europe’s 48th fastest growing tech company (FT 1000) based on 3 years of audited accounts. Daniel is a social entrepreneur having also founded Work Report, the UK’s first digital employment and income verification service, which was acquired by Experian in 2022. Daniel graduated from Harvard Business School, and launched at the World Economic Forum in January, 2023 the Global Campaign for Financial Literacy aiming to reach One Billion worldwide with the support of the Lord Mayor of London.
