Verona Frankish is CEO of Yopa and Chair of Women in Estate Agency, where she champions innovation, leadership and greater representation across the property sector.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning mortgages, financial services and estate agency, Verona has built a reputation for combining commercial focus with people-first leadership. Before joining Yopa, she held senior executive roles at Purplebricks and Mortgage Advice Bureau, helping to shape some of the industry’s most disruptive business models and growth strategies.

Since becoming CEO in 2022, she has led Yopa through significant transformation, focusing on sustainable growth, empowering self-employed agents and modernising the customer experience through technology.

Passionate about developing the next generation of leaders, and as the Chair of Women in Estate Agency, Verona is also a prominent voice on culture, inclusion and the future of estate agency in the UK.
