Matti is founder and managing director of CoachHub, the leading global digital coaching platform, funded with over $330M from leading investors including Sofina and SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and operated by a passionate team of over 850 people from over 50 nations on a mission to democratize coaching worldwide. Matti is a serial entrepreneur and former McKinsey top management consultant with 15 years of experience in Future of Work, startups and digital business building. Previously he founded among others ExpertLead (by Rocket Internet) and MyParfum, an e-commerce startup for custom fragrances and co-founded Exolos, Vjsual, Personology, Flaschenlabel and founded Elite Startups, a digital company builder. Before joining the startup industry, Matti graduated with honors in international law, with stop-overs at the German parliament and Berlin city parliament.
