Erik Fjellborg

CEO & Founder, Quinyx Erik founded Quinyx with the idea to develop one of the first fully cloud-based Workforce Management solutions. Over the years Quinyx has grown to become the market leader in Workforce Management for the frontline workforce serving customers such as McDonald’s, Deutsche Post, Swarovski, ISS and Rituals. Over 1.5 million employees are scheduled on the platform all over the world. The business has offices in the US, Europe and Australia and is backed by Battery Ventures and A&D. Quinyx has raised $100 million in total and has recently acquired the British company Concrete Platform. Erik has also served on the Board of Directors for Fortnox, Ung Företagsamhet and is an advisor in the Prince Daniel Fellowship.

Dr Jan Goetz

Co-Founder & Co-CEO, IQM

Jan is a quantum physicist and co-founding co-CEO of IQM, building next-generation quantum computers for high-performance centers, academia, and industry. IQM has raised €128 million in Series A2 funding (in 2022), largest ever funding round raised by a European quantum computing company. Jan did his doctorate on superconducting quantum circuits at TU Munich and worked as a Marie-Curie Fellow in Helsinki at Aalto University, where he holds the title of docent. In 2023, he was selected as Founder of the Year by Handelsblatt. In 2020, Capital magazine selected him as one of 40 under 40 in Germany and he received an entrepreneurship award from the KAUTE Foundation. Jan was in the Board of the European Innovation Council EIC and holds a Board seat in the European Quantum Industry Consortium QuIC. He is also a member of the German Federal Economic Senate, EIC Scaling Club Council and the Hall of Future, as well as a Digital Leader and Global Innovator at the WEF.

Douglas Stark

Co-founder & COO, Voi Technology

Douglas Stark, born in 1991 in Stockholm Sweden, is an entrepreneur and founder known for being part of two unicorn journeys in Stockholm with Budbee and Voi. In 2014 Douglas joined Budbee as their first COO and built up the ecommerce infrastructure from the start, launching Budbee in 20 cities in Sweden. After a brief stint as CEO at SSE Business Lab he went on to co-found Voi Technology and worked there as their COO for 6 years overseeing expansion into
150 cities in 14 countries. Rafal Modrzewski

CEO & Co-founder ICEYE

Rafal Modrzewski is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of ICEYE. ICEYE owns and operates the world’s largest constellation of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellites. The company provides timely and reliable Earth observation data as well as natural catastrophe solutions for companies and governments. ICEYE is the first company that has successfully miniaturized a SAR satellite, making it possible to launch more units to reliably image any
location on Earth, every few hours, every day. With its growing SAR satellite constellation, ICEYE offers its partners a set of unprecedented satellite imaging capabilities, accessing any area of interest faster, more frequently, and at a lower cost.

Since co-founding the project in 2012, which became the company in 2014, with Pekka Laurila, Modrzewski is responsible for overseeing the organization’s growth and implementing ICEYE’s overall vision. Modrzewski brings with him deep domain expertise in SAR engineering, and he has received the 2018 Forbes 30 under 30 Technology award based on the world-first achievements of ICEYE.

Jenny Wolfram is the founder and CEO of the SaaS company BrandBastion. They help brands such as Netflix, Uber, Red Bull and Sephora monitor and manage their social media conversations by harnessing the power of AI. Their solutions remove harmful content, such as hate speech, and provide responses to customer inquiries, while also offering insights into the ongoing discourse. BrandBastion covers over $2B in annual ad spend and operates across 50 languages with a remote team of 130 members. Wolfram is a Forbes 30 under 30 awardee in Marketing and was also part of IPOing Angry Birds (Rovio), serving on their board for 3 years. While originally from Finland, she is currently based in Santa Monica, California, where she spearheads a growing Female Founder community.

John Markus Lervik

Co-Founder, Chief Strategy & Development Officer Cognite

Dr. John Markus Lervik is the Chief Strategy & Development Officer and co-founder of Cognite, serving as CEO from the foundation to 2022. Throughout his career, Lervik has channelled his passion for liberating data and innovating with technology into companies that revolutionize the ways we work. After finalizing his PhD at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), he co-founded Fast Search & Transfer (FAST) in 1997 and served first as Chief Technology Officer and later as Chief Executive Officer until Microsoft acquired the company in 2008 for USD 1.3 billion. He then took the position of Vice President of Enterprise Search at Microsoft before leaving in 2009 to found the software company Cxense, which was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2014. In 2005 Lervik was recognized by Forbes as a member of the E-gang for his pioneering work in the technology sector.

Gunnar Nordseth

Gunnar Nordseth is Co-Founder of Signicat, the first and largest Identity Assurance Provider in the world. Since 2007 he has been involved in establishing Signicat as a global leader of cloud based services for electronic identity and electronic signature. He has more than 25 years of experience within information security including electronic identity. While working within electronic identity and authentication for one of the Norwegian banks, Gunnar saw the need for a simpler way of implementing electronic trust for banks and financial institutions. The existing solutions for KYC and authentication were too complex and required highly specialised competence for implementation. There was a potential for offering a cloud based alternative with pan-European coverage offering a wide range of identity services, including KYC, strong authentication and electronic signature through a single point of contact.Gunnar was CEO from the company was founded until January 2020. Since then he has worked with strategic partnerships and innovation in the company.

Gunnar holds a Master’s Degree in Numerical Mathematics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Carl-Magnus Norden is Founder of Volta Trucks, a company that he started investigating in 2016 and founded in 2019, having previously worked in the electrification of existing commercial vehicles. He has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience with a proven history of starting and scaling businesses in multinational settings, having lived in six European countries, and started business in most of them in industry’s as diverse as real estate, private equity, internet services, crowdfunding and now electrification of transport. He has extensive experience in Business and Technology Development, and Venture Capital markets. Carl-Magnus is a Swedish national who graduated from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and until 2020, was the Chairman of the Board of its Swedish Alumni.
