Icons is an exclusive invitation-only gathering of the founders and CEOs of companies that have achieved a significant level of success and are maintaining rapid growth rates.

Attendees are hand-selected for invitation and will generally be from businesses
with $10m-$50m revenue, 30-300 staff, and growing at over 50%.

We only invite Founders, Co-founders and CEOs, without exception, and only one person per company.

We include some unrepresented founders from smaller companies to inspire and encourage them and to ensure there’s a balance in the discussions.
